Payment terms
Payment can be made by bank transfer / gpay, with 10% paid in advance and the remaining, together with shipping charges, paid once the products are ready. We will ship the products only after we receive the full payment.
Shipping Terms
The Shipping Charges will be calculated once the products are ready and it will be communicated to you along with product photos, once they are ready.
For Bigger Products that are to be transported,
We will not expedite the shipping for the bigger products at any emergencies, as they involve proper packaging and transportation. Kindly understand the practical scenarios involved in the shipping.
The Bigger products involve the packaging charges as well, as they have to be packed in wooden pallets that are also custom made for the product.This is done to make the product reach you safely. The shipping charges of the bigger products that are only transported to be paid to the shipping partner at the time of delivery or in fewer cases, we will ask to transfer it to us. That depends on the Product and Shipping destination.
